Have you ever felt like you need a little extra help remembering what you have to be grateful for? Do you ever feel like you’re just not feeling grateful enough? It’s not your fault! It’s just human nature to get caught up in the daily grind and forget what we have. After all, it’s easy to focus on what’s wrong (and there’s always something wrong).
That’s why we’ve made it our mission to help you feel your best, both inside and out. We know there are times when you’re feeling a little down or stressed out, and we want to help you get back on your feet—and fast.
We’ve all heard the phrase “grateful to be alive,” but what does that really mean?
I think it’s safe to say that sometimes we forget how lucky we are to have the things that we do. But what if I told you there was a way to make remembering your good fortune even easier? A way to make gratitude a habit, even if you’re feeling stressed out or overwhelmed. Well, there is! And all it takes is one small object in your workspace or home that will remind you of how grateful you should feel every time you look at it.

The idea is simple but effective: when we see the object, we’ll trigger our gratitude response, and feeling grateful helps us feel positive and happy.
So if you want to be happier and more resilient, it helps to focus on the positive things in life. So how do we do that?
Place an object somewhere in your house or workspace which will remind you of how much you have to be grateful for each time that you look at it. For example, this could be anything from a picture of someone who matters to you (a friend, family member), a plant that reminds you of nature (which has been shown to reduce stress), or even just a picture of something beautiful like flowers or mountains that reminds you there’s beauty all around us if we choose to see it! The idea is simple but effective: when we see the object, we’ll trigger our gratitude response, and feeling grateful helps us feel positive and happy.
